Do you have a Dissolved Air Flotation system that has an old compressor, saturation tank or pump and could use an upgrade but don't know which pump is the best choice? If so, the Shanley Pump Trial pump program for EDUR Centrifugal Pumps could be the solution that you are looking for.
At Shanley Pump, our primary goal is to solve your problem with the correct pump to fit the application.
Not all pumps work equally and making sure that you have the correct pump fit can be the difference between optimal operation and pump failure.
Pumps represent a sizeable financial investment to process. Making sure you have bought the best pump for the job can be difficult.
Choosing the correct pump is not always easy. Is the pump the correct size? Will it fit into your existing system without further modification? Will the pump perform as advertised? All of these are questions that can make a engineer unsure about his options.
Lowest cost does not always equate the best value. Many pumps today cost less due to inferior manufacturing techniques and materials. With the EDUR trial pump program, you can try a New EDUR DAF pump to test on your application for 60 days to see the difference a high quality and efficient pump can make for your system.
All EDUR pumps by Shanley Pump are open to the Shanley trial program. Depending upon your applications, other systems can be made available for trial.
How do you qualify? You Just did!

If the pump breaks during operation at your facility, it will be shipped back to Shanley Pump for a full diagnosis. if repairs are necessary due to operator error (running dry, running solid materials through beyond pump tolerances, etc) you will be assessed a repair/replacement fee unless something else was agreed to in advance.
All pumps are fully tested prior to leaving Shanley to make sure they are in full operating order. If the pump meets your requirements and you are satisfied you will be billed for it at the end of the 60-Day trial.
