*Allweiler® Progressing Cavity Pumps

*Allweiler® Progressing Cavity Pumps are self-priming progressing cavity pumps used to pump or meter thin to highly viscous liquids, the pumping elements of which are the rotating rotor and the stationary stator.

The special shape of these two parts creates sealed internal hollows that are continuously moved from the suction side to the pressure side. Despite rotation of the rotor, no turbulence results; the equal chamber volume eliminates crushing forces and produces a sustainable measured flow.

Allweiler® NTT Self Cooling Centrifuge Pumps for Thermal Oil Pumping We carry a full line of *Allweiler® NTT Self Cooling Centrifuge Pumps and parts with ranges of 0 GPM to 6400 GPM.

The *Allweiler® NTT series Centrifugal pump for heat transfer applications is an ideal solution for the handling of organic heat-transfer oils. The NTT's unique self-cooling design eliminates the need for additional cooling in any form due to its self-cooling design during operation.

At Shanley Pump and Equipment, Inc. we stock a complete line of *Allweiler® NTT thermal oil pumps. These are horizontal centrifugal pumps that are capable of pumping thermal oil at 660° degrees F (350°C) at up to 6,400 GPM with up to 430' feet of head and require no additional coiling. Shanley Pump and Equipment holds current in-house stock of NTT/CTT pumps with cast iron casings.

Centrifugal Pumps are pumps which convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy by the centripetal force on the liquid. A rotating impeller increases the velocity of the fluid internally while working with the casing of the pump which acts to convert this increased velocity into a pressure increase for flow.

Centrifugal Pumps are used to pump a large variety of neutral or aggressive liquid, and environmentally hazardous liquids like water, hot water, lubrication oils, emulsions, thermal oils, and chemical products.

Shanley Pump and Equipment carries a full line of Allweiler® Three rotor Screw Pump replacement pumps and parts.

The Screw pump is one of the oldest and most beneficial of all pump designs. Three rotor designs utilize one power rotor and two drive rotors which spin inside the casing creating a rolling contact. This contact between the rotors and the fluid being pumped creates a barrier separating the rotors from contact and friction.

This action creates a seal inside the unit that prevents rotor contact while efficiently moving the medium being pumped. At Shanley Pump and Equipment, we stock and sell multiple Screw Pumps and accessories for use in any environment and with any fluid.
