Shanley Pump and Equipment, Inc. ships pumps and pump parts worldwide. If you are ordering from a foreign country we will contact you for all necessary and appropriate paperwork to ship your part(s) successfully if required.

all items less than 150 lbs will ship via UPS in insured packages. all other products will ship via common courier freight selected by Shanley staff. Shanley Pump and Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to select the freight shipping options if the customer suggested shipping option is not available or feasible.

If you have a UPS account number you wish for us to ship with please supply that information at the time of purchase.

Large Pump orders ship via common freight carrier. If you have a carrier you prefer to utilize please contact us with that information prior to shipment. If you don’t have a preferred carrier, Shanley Pump and Equipment will select one to use for the shipment and the charges will be added to the billing statement.

Shipping items to Shanley Pump

Dock is open from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm CST for Delivery. Dock is closed between 12pm-1pm CST.

Please call 847-439-9200 prior to delivery/pickup to schedule.

all pumps shipped to Shanley pump must be fully flushed of all contaminants prior to shipment. Failure to do this will result in additional charges being levied or the pump being denied access to the Shanley facility.

Appropriate MSDS sheets must be supplied with the pump showing the chemicals the pump is processing for Pump Repair jobs. Materials of a hazardous nature must be fully removed from any product being shipped to the Shanley facility.

Shanley Pump utilizes UPS and DHL as our primary standard carriers.
