The Millennium series is the direct aftermarket replacement for the Tarby® Century 5 Series®, the Moyno® 2000 series and Continental® CG Series of progressive cavity pumps and features drop-in use and operability for all aftermarket parts at a fraction of the OEM price.

The Millennium series is a wastewater industry powerhouse of a pump with thousands in service throughout the world, if you have these pumps in service in your facility you should be contacting us to see the savings we can offer. Additionally, the Millennium Series is an ideal waste-effluent pump in farming and for slaughterhouse applications.

The Millennium series features a heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings to transmit heavy work loads easily and that provides long service life even with difficult pumping applications. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.

The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. Special wear coatings like titanium or other exotic coatings are available upon request.

The Pump stator is injection molded rubber which is available in many specific compounds depending upon your application requirements. Buna nitrile is our most common stator and Viton® stators for additional chemical compatibility and high temperatures are available. Other compounds such as natural rubber and EPDM as well as higher pressure pump designs are available upon request. Please contact us for details.
